Toby commenced with the firm in 2017 and has practiced in criminal, leasing and commercial law since 2018.

Toby has appeared in a wide range of criminal and civil matters from the Children’s Court to the Queensland Court of Appeal. He has experience in Crime and Corruption Commission investigations and a special interest in prosecutions by regulatory bodies.

In his leasing practice, Toby advises corporations and individuals on matters arising from commercial/industrial and retail shop leases. Toby enjoys a broad commercial practice including insurance and professional negligence claims, contractual disputes, claims of legal professional privilege, resumption of land and intellectual property.
