Toby commenced with the firm in 2017 and has an extensive commercial property practice ranging from sales and acquisitions to leasing and property related disputes. Toby also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters including litigation.

In addition to his commercial practice, Toby has a keen interest in criminal law and regularly appears in Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts throughout Queensland. He has experience in Crime and Corruption Commission investigations and prosecutions by regulatory bodies.
